The homebuilding business in Middle Tennessee in the post World War II era was dominated by locally owned and operated, home-grown companies. In 1952, Randall Phillips Sr., started such a business that was destined to become the largest homebuilder in Tennessee.

Now, over five decades later, his three grandsons, Randall, Jason and Charlie are carrying that proud family tradition forward. Each has grown up under the watchful eyes of their grandfather and father, Eddie Phillips, in the family business starting out as laborers, framers, estimators and superintendents. They have learned the business from the bottom up and are now poised to keep the home-grown, home town, family business in the forefront of homebuilding in the Middle Tennessee area.
